General Return Process

  1. Contact the Sub-Merchant First: Initiate returns directly with the relevant Sub-Merchant within their specified return window.
  2. Return Windows: Typically 7-30 days for eligible physical products.
  3. Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Category-Specific Return Policies

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Custom/Made-to-Order: Items from Abaya Collective and personalized products
    • Opened Cosmetics: The Beauti Bloom products with broken seals
    • Intimate Apparel: Swimwear, lingerie for hygiene reasons
    • Software & Electronics: MacWorld Hub Store products with activated licenses
    • Drones & Accessories (AeroView Drones): Once flown or registered
    • Baby Products (BabyBloom Wear): Items without hygiene tags
  • Special Conditions:
    • Electronics (PixelPulse Phones Store): Subject to 15-25% restocking fee
    • Footwear (HeelsNMore): Must show no signs of wear with original packaging
    • Watches (Time N Shade): Adjusted watch bands may affect return eligibility
    • Large Appliances (Cool Breeze AC’s Store): Return shipping costs may be substantial
    • Bags (Vogue Bags Store): Must be returned with all protective packaging

Refunds

  • Processed by the Sub-Merchant upon receipt and inspection
  • Credited to original payment method within 7-14 business days
  • Return shipping costs typically customer’s responsibility
  • Restocking fees apply for electronics and drones

Contact the Sub-Merchant within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
